How does Rani Runway work?

Browse: Feed your curiosity and browse our vast collection of classic and modern South Asian wear for any event or occasion.

Book: Choose from sizes to fit every body type and personality. Once you pick, click a date range that matches your needs and rent for either 4 or 8 days. 

Flaunt: Your gorgeous outfit will be delivered cleaned and ready to wear in our special Rani Runway packaging. Stand out at your next event and never get caught wearing the same outfit twice. Be sure to tag @RaniRunway and use #spottherani on Instagram to be a part of the Rani community.

Return: Just pack your outfit and return in our pre-paid package.

 

How does the rental period work? 

Start your rental period 2 days before your event to ensure you have time to try on and plan accessories, we want you to look your best! Return your rental using the pre-paid packaging on the last day of your rental period and we'll handle the cleaning bill. 

 

My rental period ends on a Sunday or on a holiday.  When should I return my rental?

You can return in a drop box if possible otherwise, the next business day is fine and you will not be charged late fees.

 

When will I be charged?

Immediately following your rental booking. 

 

What if the outfit doesn't fit?

Let us know right away and we will do our best to help you.  When possible we will send you a replacement in time for your event. If sending you another garment isn't possible in the time frame, we will offer you a refund minus delivery charges.  Please contact us at admin@ranirunway.com within 24 hours to begin the process.

 

How are the garments cleaned?

Each garment is special to Rani Runway and requires unique care.  The design work and fabrics are all fragile and are specially dry cleaned using individual techniques to maintain their quality.

 

Can I iron the rental items?

Since all of the fabrics are VERY fragile, please only steam garments as needed.

 

What if I accidentally stain or damage the outfit?

Minor wear and tear is expected for each rental however, if an outfit is damaged beyond repair, a fee of the retail value will be charged. 

 

Can I alter or tailor the outfit myself?

No, you cannot tailor the outfit yourself.

 

Can I cancel my order?

If you cancel fourteen days or more in advance of the delivery date, there is no cancellation fee and you will receive a full refund issued to the payment card you used for the order.

If you cancel the order less than fifteen days before your delivery date, you will receive a refund of 80% of your payment.  The credit card used for the order will be charged.

 

How do I package my outfit properly for return?

Please package your outfit in the packaging that you received your order. If you lose the packaging, you will need to package your rental in a clean, sturdy, cardboard box. Please carefully package the rental and seal the edges to protect the garments.  Attach the provided return delivery slip to the outside of the box.

 

Can I track my package?

Yes! Rani Runway will provide you the tracking information for both routes of the delivery.

 

What if I lose my return label?  

Please contact us at admin@ranirunway.com and we can send you the return label to print.  Please be mindful, you'll incur late fees if the package is returned late.

 

What if I return my order late?

If you return the Products late, you will incur a late fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for every day the item is late, which will be charged to the payment card used to pay the Rental Fee.

If you fail to return the Product for a period greater than 30 days after the return date, you will be charged the full Retail Value of the Product.
